Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Runcru ("we," "us") collects and how it is used. It applies to the Runcru application and its related APIs. See our Terms of Service for the broader terms of use.
1. Information we collect
Runcru is used by service businesses to run their operations. Depending on how an organization uses Runcru, this can include: account and team information (names, emails, roles); customer information the organization enters (names, contact details, service addresses); scheduling, job, and billing records; and location data used for route optimization and field crew tracking, collected only during active work.
2. How we use information
Information is used to operate Runcru's features for the organization that entered it — scheduling, invoicing, route planning, communications the organization sends to its own customers, and account security. We do not sell customer data, and we do not use one organization's data to benefit another organization.
3. Third-party services
An organization may choose to connect third-party services to Runcru — for example a payment processor or accounting platform. When connected, Runcru sends only the specific data required for that integration to function (for example, invoice and payment records for an accounting sync), and only for organizations that explicitly enable the connection. Runcru does not share customer contact information with a third-party integration beyond what that integration needs to operate.
4. Data storage and security
Data is stored with access controls scoped to each organization. Sensitive credentials (such as third-party integration tokens) are encrypted at rest. We do not have public-facing access to raw customer data outside authenticated application access.
5. Data retention and deletion
Organizations control their own data within Runcru, including archiving customers and records they no longer need. An organization may request export or deletion of its data by contacting us.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Runcru evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above.
