Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Runcru ("Runcru," "we," "us"), a field service management application for landscaping and service businesses. By creating an account or using Runcru, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Runcru provides scheduling, crew management, invoicing, and related tools for service businesses and their customers. Runcru is provided on an "as-is" basis while in active development; features may change or be added without prior notice.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account. Organizations control which of their team members and customers have access to their data within Runcru.

3. Customer data

An organization using Runcru is the owner of the customer, job, scheduling, and billing data it enters or that is entered on its behalf. Runcru acts as a processor of that data on the organization's behalf. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

4. Payments and third-party integrations

Some features connect to third-party services chosen by an organization — for example payment processing or accounting software. Use of those services is subject to the third party's own terms. Runcru is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services, and only transmits data those services are explicitly authorized to receive.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Runcru — including attempting to access data you are not authorized to see, disrupting the service, or using it to violate applicable law.

6. Termination

Either party may stop using or providing the service at any time. Organizations may request export or deletion of their data by contacting us.

7. Limitation of liability

Runcru is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runcru is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Runcru evolves. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
